REALTOR®, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), At Home with Diversity® (AHWD)
From first-time homebuyers to those looking to upsize, invest, relocate or come to school in Auburn, Sandi Williams has worked with clients at every stage. She has often worked with clients on a repeat basis, which is a testament to the relationships she builds with those around her.
As someone who moved around quite a bit in her early life, Sandi Williams always craved the close-knit ties and sense of community that a real “hometown” provides. She found all of that and more when she and her husband Greg moved back to their college town in 1989 and made Auburn their forever home. She loves small-town life, the friendly community, and watching the Auburn Family come alive for people visiting or buying here for the first time. She’s always excited to share what she loves about her adopted hometown.
Sandi taught for 25 years in the Auburn City Schools and loves to see the children and families she worked with around town. Some of her students are grown with children of their own now! Her husband Greg coaches the Auburn Equestrian Team, which keeps both of them busy. Sandi’s parents have retired here. Her two daughters grew up in Auburn and now her eldest daughter lives in Auburn and her younger daughter lives in Asheville, NC. The family is thrilled to have three grandchildren, Graeme, Cassidy, and Conor.
Sandi learned the art of hospitality from her grandmother Mimi at a young age. She can always be found making and taking home-cooked dinners to people – family, friends, and church family when they have a baby, are sick or home from the hospital, or have a death in the family
An animal lover by nature, Sandi especially loves her dogs Linc and Kit and horses. She is an avid reader and is into health and wellness, particularly exercise and nutrition. Sandi is committed to reducing single-use plastics. She and Greg enjoy traveling the U.S. and abroad and enjoying family in their spare time.
Sandi is C2EX Certified (Commitment to Excellence) and has earned her AHWD (At Home with Diversity) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
