Diana Ramage was an unexpected delight to work with - TWICE! We first bought a new lake condo she listed and then turned right back around to enlist her to sell our original one. She’s personable, professional, passionate, knowledgeable and a star communicator! Diana also has an ace up her sleeve: she knows construction and brought practical solutions/suggestions to problems we had no clue how to handle. PS - she also knows how to list homes at a fair price to both parties; thus she moves inventory. That was such a stress reliever!
I’m not sure where to start… Let’s start by sharing I held a realestate license and was a licensed Realtor for five years before we moved to Auburn. Because I have a bit more insight to buying, listing, and selling homes, my wife and I were very careful when it came to hiring a realtor to list our home. The smartest decision we made was choosing Meagan Murphy to represent us and our home. Realtors are advocates, consultants, advisors, and sometimes counselors. Meagan was all of those and then some. She understands the business end of realestate, which helped her determine the best price to list our home for. She was confident the $800k I was hearing from another local real estate company was way too low. (We closed for $869k, so it’s pretty clear which realtor and brokerage had their finger on the pulse in Auburn) There are dozens of things I can list like, Staging guidance, painting ideas, furniture layouts, pictures, etc. however, the biggest value we received is her ability to keep us focused on the close when the other party’s realtor ignored their own inspection report and inspectors’ opinion… Things dragged on and my wife and I were a minute away from cancelling the contract based on how unreasonable the buyer’s realtor was being. Meagan kept us grounded and tracking ahead. She managed our frustrations like a professional and if you focus on anything in this review, it should be that. I would hire her again in a second and can’t recommend her enough. Keep in mind, I do recognize her brokerage too. She had a lot of internal support from some very wise and senior peers at 360.
We could not have sold our home without the guidance & overwhelming patience of Lana! We cannot recommend her or her team enough. We had a rollercoaster of a selling process to say the least, and she held us down through all of it. We are so grateful for her and everything she did for us to reach the finish line!
