In addition to our ten core values, Three Sixty was founded with the following core commitments that have guide us and hold true as much today as they did in the beginning of our company.
commitment to technology

Three Sixty has embraced multiple ways we can utilize technology to make the home buying experience more efficient and effective for you. No longer is there even a chance of a missed opportunity because of having to go back to the office to pull files or sign paperwork. By working in “the cloud”, everything is at our fingertips wherever and whenever we need it! These practices don’t just benefit you. We have found that, in addition to providing a great customer experience, our commitment to technological solutions increases our business efficiency, and allows us to close more deals through utilizing effective processes.
Real Estate has always been a “mobile” business, but now we can truly make that claim through the use of multiple online tools. We use our iPads and iPhones for much more than just communication – we are able to get electronic signatures or pull up a copy of your contract, your pre-approval letter, or that real estate listing we just heard about that is perfect for you. Additionally, our backend office is paperless and we store your documents for you! Just let us know when tax season rolls around – if you can’t find it, we have it!
At Three Sixty, we are constantly looking for new ways to use technology in order to make your home buying experience as efficient, effective and enjoyable as possible. It is this innovative mindset that makes us a leader in providing superior service to our clients and helps us in creating an inspired workplace for our staff.
commitment to sustainability

At Three Sixty, our primary goal is to achieve the most effective solutions for our clients. These days, that means finding ways to be more mindful of the environment. There are a multitude of sustainable solutions available that will keep your operating costs down and lower the impact that your home or business has on our natural surroundings. From the simple use of a programmable thermostat to the implementation of complex concepts like Smart Growth, Three Sixty’s team of experts will be there to guide you to the most cost effective and resource efficient solution.
Members of our team have achieved the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors®, which means that we have completed coursework on sustainable practices and have ongoing educational opportunities with resources and tools at our fingertips. We are constantly looking for ways to make your experience with buying and selling real estate easier. One such solution we’ve found recently is Walk Score, where you can type in an address and get a rating of the “walkability” of the area.
We have implemented green office policies. We recycle all paper, aluminum, plastic and glass used in our office. We use recycled paper products, such as coffee cups, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. All in-house printing is done on recycled paper utilizing both sides to conserve the amount of paper we use. It’s important to us to do these things in order to lessen the direct impact our business has on the environment.
We are passionate about using space and materials wisely and in a cost effective manner. We care about the environment and our community. It is from that perspective that we run our business and help our clients to do the same thing.
commitment to community

At Three Sixty, it’s not just about selling real estate. We believe our community is a great place to live and work and raise a family, and we want to do everything we can to help members of our community have a better life. We started our company with a foundation of service and as we’ve grown, we are proud to say that our team represents people of all different walks of life who are involved in all different aspects of our community.
