Three Sixty’s “Extreme Makeover” Team
Haddie’s Home is a Christian-centered home for 12-18 year old girls in crisis. The organization provides a safe home where the girls are loved, protected, and able to become part of a community. Girls in Haddie’s Home are taught practical life skills in an environment that builds on the strengths of each child. Residents are offered a place to heal from emotional and psychological wounds, ending the generational cycle of neglect and abuse in our community. As a female-founded real estate and development firm with a mission to give back to our community, Three Sixty involvement with Haddie’s Home is a no-brainer!
In 2017, a builder client contacted our co-founder Tricia Young about Haddie’s Home. Tricia toured the property, a beautiful converted barn on acreage, in hopes of discovering how Three Sixty could help. Previously used for men’s hunting, Tricia knew immediately that she wanted to bring the team and create a beautiful living space.

The Three Sixty team wanted to surprise the girls with the renovation, so they waited until the home was empty for a weekend and completed the entire job extreme makeover style! They focused on creating a comfortable, beautiful space, complete with inspirational books on the bookshelves and positive quotes in the décor. The team had so much fun with the surprise!
Continued Involvement
Since that day, Tricia has remained involved with Haddie’s Home and now serves on the Board. The Three Sixty team has continued to offer their skills to aid in the mission of this amazing organization. Most recently, our lifeSTYLED Inspired Interiors team helped to organize a donor appreciation event for Haddie’s Home.

Haddie’s Home understands that many of the young girls who reside there have never been able to enjoy their childhood. The staff and board members want each girl to “just be children, playing and participating in activities with the other children in their home and community.”

We always have a hard time picking just one non-profit for our October Giving Campaign, so this year we decided to let our clients choose. For every closing in the month of October, Three Sixty will give our clients a choice between seven non-profits to whom we will make a donation in their name!
