There’s a lot to celebrate at Three Sixty Real Estate!

Four members of the Three Sixty team were recently recognized by the Lee County Association of Realtors (LCAR) for their leadership, service, dedication, and contributions to the real estate profession and the Auburn-Opelika community.

The honors add another exciting chapter to a milestone year for Three Sixty, following the brokerage’s recognition as Alabama REALTORS®’ 2025 Medium Brokerage of the Year.

And when we say #BestTeamEver, this is exactly what we mean.

Celebrating Four Outstanding Women

Each of this year’s LCAR honorees represents something special about the culture at Three Sixty — from serving clients and giving back to the community to supporting fellow agents and leading by example.

Ansley Hinson — Rookie of the Year

Ansley Hinson was named Rookie of the Year, recognizing an impressive start to her real estate career and the dedication she has already shown to her clients.

While she may be newer to the industry, Ansley has quickly demonstrated the professionalism, energy, and commitment to service that define the Three Sixty team. In her rookie year, not only has she assisted clients in buying and selling multiple homes, but she has also began and built a short-term rental property company, Southern Joy Properties, adding another level of client service.

Alice Henderson Bell — Good Neighbor Award

Alice Henderson Bell received the Good Neighbor Award for her commitment to serving others, particularly through her work with CARE Humane Society and her continued involvement throughout the Auburn-Opelika community.

The recognition was made even more meaningful as Alice was also honored for an incredible 50 years of service.

Her dedication is a reminder that being a great REALTOR® is about more than real estate. It’s also about investing in the community you call home.

Emmy Sorrells — Realtor of the Year

Emmy Sorrells was named Realtor of the Year, recognizing her hard work, professionalism, and consistent excellence on behalf of her clients and the Three Sixty team.

The honor also gives Emmy the opportunity to advance to the state level — and potentially to national competition.

“Emmy and I lead a team together, so watching her get recognized like this is an exciting moment,” said Taylor Pair, co-team lead of Home Team at Three Sixty Real Estate. “Real estate isn’t a solo endeavor. The team at Three Sixty lifts each other up. We believe cooperation makes everyone better. This proves that we live by the culture we’re known for, and I am proud to be a part of this team.”

Nonet Reese — Broker of the Year

Three Sixty broker and co-founder Nonet Reese was named Broker of the Year, honoring her leadership and ongoing commitment to raising the standard of real estate service throughout Lee County.

Nonet’s leadership has helped Three Sixty grow into a brokerage of more than 30 agents while maintaining a culture centered on relationships, collaboration, professionalism, and service.

“I’ve spent my entire career in real estate — property management, sales, and eventually brokerage leadership,” Nonet said. “Each stage taught me something about people, business, and the importance of relationships, which remain at the center of everything I do.”

More Than Awards: A Culture of Collaboration

These four honors come on the heels of another major achievement: Three Sixty Real Estate being named Alabama REALTORS®’ 2025 Medium Brokerage of the Year.

Together, the recognitions reflect something that has been central to Three Sixty since the beginning: great real estate happens when great people work together.

Three Sixty’s culture is rooted in 10 core values that guide how the team serves clients, supports one another, and participates in the communities it calls home. That foundation has helped the company grow while preserving the collaborative spirit that makes Three Sixty different.
