A fourth-generation “Opelikian,” Trace Pridgen brings deep local roots and a relationship-first mindset to his work in real estate. With a degree in Business Management from Auburn University and several years of experience in sales and product support at CoachComm, Trace understands the value of clear communication, trust, and follow-through.
Trace is proud to be part of The Home Team at Three Sixty, where he’s focused on helping clients throughout East Alabama find not just a house, but a home that fits. For him, success in real estate starts with listening, showing up, and genuinely caring about the people he serves.
Outside of work, Trace is a dedicated husband to Annie and a proud dad. He’s also a talented musician and worship leader who has spent the past 15 years performing with his band, Trace Co., and serving churches and conferences across the Southeast. A songwriter at heart, he continues to release original music. He’s also been a certified CF-L2 CrossFit coach for over a decade, and currently coaches at All In CrossFit.
From music and fitness to faith and family, Trace’s life reflects a commitment to excellence and community—values he now brings to every real estate transaction.
