About Seth Snider

He is the Co-Owner and Director of Business Development at 360 Management and a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience. His career in real estate began while attending Auburn University, where he worked as a property manager. Over the years, Seth has developed extensive expertise in residential sales, student housing, new construction, property management, and commercial real estate. Known for his dedication to client success and his sharp negotiation skills, he is a trusted advisor in the field.

 

Seth leverages his decades of real estate sales experience and his role at 360 Management to assist clients with all aspects of investment property purchases and sales. His deep understanding of property management and investment strategies ensures that clients receive expert guidance tailored to their goals. Seth’s daily presence at the management and East Alabama sales office gives him a unique perspective for investment buyers with his hands-on approach to the local rental and sales market for both residential and commercial properties.

 

A native of Anniston, Alabama, Seth graduated from Oxford High School and earned his degree in Mass Communications from Auburn University. During his time at Auburn, he was actively involved in the Kappa Alpha Order, IFC, and Tiger Hosts.

 

When he’s not working, Seth enjoys cheering on Auburn Football, exploring his passion for music, and spending quality time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children, Finley and Bobby. His dedication to community, family, and real estate is the foundation of his continued success.
