About Lana McCurdy

Lana McCurdy brings a strong foundation in education and a true passion for guiding others to her work in real estate. A proud Auburn University graduate with a degree in Elementary Education, Lana began her professional journey in the classroom before transitioning into real estate in 2018. What started with resale quickly evolved into a focus on new construction, where she held roles in sales, marketing, and eventually led as head of sales and marketing for a local homebuilder.

With her Broker’s license and ABR designation, Lana now brings her strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and natural ability to teach to every transaction. She thrives on simplifying the process for her clients and helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Originally from Fort Payne in northeast Alabama, Lana grew up in an Auburn-loving family and has proudly called East Alabama home since her college days. She lives in Auburn with her husband Will, a local Alfa Insurance agent, and their two daughters, Cooper and Claire.

Lana is an active member of the Auburn and Opelika Chambers, Auburn Young Professionals, and First Baptist Church Opelika. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and being involved in her community.

As part of The Dwell Team at Three Sixty, Lana is honored to continue doing what she loves—helping people plan for their future, make confident decisions, and find a place to truly call home.

Education:

• Auburn University Graduate, Summa Cum Laude (2015)

• Obtained real estate license in 2018 and sold residential real estate

• Obtained broker’s license in 2020

Experience:

• Established in-house sales team for regional home builder in 2020

• Served as Head of Sales & Marketing for Holland Home Sales from 2021-2023

• Led as Director of Marketing for Holland Homes from fall of 2023 to November 2025 

• Branded and launched The Dwell Team with Three Sixty Real Estate in 2025 alongside long time teammate Adrien Helms
