She may have been born and raised in Atlanta, but when she arrived at Auburn University as a freshman, she knew she had found her forever home. With over 20 years of experience in property management, Ann has built strong, lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants. Many of the owners she works with trust her not only to manage their investments but also to guide them when buying and selling real estate.
Ann holds two biological science degrees from Auburn University, along with an Environmental Ethics certificate from UGA, keeping her engaged in environmental and animal welfare issues. She is an active volunteer and fundraiser for Rescue K911, a no-kill dog shelter in Camp Hill. Ann and her husband, Keith—an Emeritus Professor of Wildlife Biology at Auburn—share their home with three goofy rescue dogs.
When she’s not working with clients, Ann enjoys remodeling, woodworking, finish carpentry, and gardening.
