Core Values have always been apparent at Three Sixty: our commitments to community, sustainability, and technology are at the heart of everything we do. Over the past ten years, we have grown in team members and evolved in services offered. This past year Co-Founders Nonet Parmer Reese and Tricia Young have been looking for ways to revamp and re-organize.
We want to work smarter and to make sure the company operates as effectively as possible. While we had a good structure in place already, we knew that there was an opportunity to make big improvements.

Tricia and Nonet are always open to new business management ideas. One that really resonates with both of them is Gino Wickman’s “Entrepreneurial Operating System”, or EOS. This holistic approach to changing the structure and operating processes of a business is geared toward facilitating focus and growth. Integral to this process is the establishment of Core Values that speak to the essence of the company.
At the 2019 leadership retreat, we talked about everything we’d been learning and the changes we were making in the company to operate more effectively. We wanted to work with the group to identify the Core Values.
Tricia Young
During the retreat, Nonet acted as scribe while members of the leadership team brainstormed terms, thoughts, and words that matter to the company. Words included values that Three Sixty already embodied and those where we hope to see growth. After lengthy discussions, we established a vision, goals and the Core Values, all of which act together to form a framework for the company moving forward.
Each member of our leadership team takes the ten core values into what we do each day. By doing so, we ensure we are being consistent in every part of our company.

Since we are heading into year ten, we decided to stick to ten Core Values. It has been great to have this new framework for decision-making.
