Three Sixty Co-Founders Nonet Parmer Reese and Tricia Young built this company to be a family of services for clients, a single source to handle all home-related needs from concept to closing. We always aim to answer the question: How could we best serve our community? And just like our other divisions, the answer to that question was how 360 Destinations was born!
Our vacation rental business, 360 Destinations, has been a huge success since its start in April 2021. We had a summer and fall full of happy guests and stress-free owners, and the demand from our clients to offer this service has grown! We now manage 20 vacation rentals in the Lake Martin area and are adding more every month. We are currently booking out for the summer and fall and are ready to take on more properties.
