The Springs of Mill Lakes Honored with Eight Best of 55+ Awards from the National Association of Home Builders

Last week at the National Association of Home Builders 55+ Awards, The Springs of Mill Lakes was honored with EIGHT awards. We were thrilled to see the community recognized at the national level, and it was so fun to celebrate the wins with the entire team of developer, builders, marketing agency, and our sales team!

The community won four Gold and four Silver Awards at the ceremony, which is the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in building design, marketing and lifestyles in housing for the mature adult. This showcase, honoring quality housing, innovation and emerging trends that appeal to the 55 and above demographic, is part of the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida.
