At Three Sixty, Robin Raiford focuses on commercial real estate and contributing her experience as a property manager, marketer and entrepreneur to business clients seeking to locate or relocate their business in the Auburn/Opelika area. She also looks forward to working in new construction sales and development as opportunities arise.
Robin’s love of everything real estate began while “assisting” her dad, a home builder, in doing all of the work necessary to bring a customer’s concept for their dream home to reality. She learned very early on how to handle a hammer and to respect a skill saw. From sitting at the kitchen table with her mother perusing hundreds of floor plans, to working the calculator for job estimates and helping with payroll and paying vendors, Robin learned that there is much more to building a home than meets the eye.
She grew up in Elmore County, with the exception of a four-year stint in her teens as one of the first year-round residents of Castaway Island on Lake Martin. She graduated from Tallassee High School, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Auburn University Montgomery, and an MBA from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She loves Elmore County and Lake Martin and has also been an Auburn fan since she could say War Eagle. She is thrilled to have the good fortune to make her home in Auburn.
Robin has vast experience in the marketing and management of real estate. Working for one of the largest real estate development and management companies in the South, she held various positions over the years: as VP of Shopping Center Operations, Robin managed a portfolio of regional malls and community centers; as VP of the Resort Division, she led the marketing and reservations teams and property management operations for vacation rental properties along the Alabama and Florida gulf coast; as Corporate Director of Marketing, she was responsible for the marketing of all divisions including Retail, Commercial, Multifamily and more. Not to mention her experience supervising the management staffs of apartment and condominium properties in the Southeast – and that’s just while at her last company!
Robin loves the arts and music and enjoys following local musicians at venues throughout Central and East Alabama. Reading, gardening and nature walks are what she does to refresh her spirit.
