Vacation Property Manager
When you host vacation rentals, there is a wide variety of activities that you handle every day, and that variety is what Jeanée Snowden loves about it. She enjoys developing relationships with owners: understanding what is most important to them, guiding them on how to market the property in its best light, and ensuring the best return on investment for them. Working with guests has its own rewards, including making lasting friendships and flexing her hospitality muscles daily! Jeanée has always been an advocate of supporting small local businesses, which she is able to do working with vendors for property maintenance as well as helping guests to find the best local eatery or shops while on vacation.
Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Jeanée moved to Alabama as a teen where she finished high school in Lanett, AL at Springwood School. She graduated from both Southern Union and Troy State University while living in Auburn and has been in Auburn and the surrounding area ever since.
Jeanée got her start in property management in 2006 and got her real estate license in 2007. She later moved to the insurance business with J. Smith Lanier & Co and also worked with contractors in the Millwork Industry.
Jeanée has been married for over 10 years and has two children and two bonus children, three of whom are grown and out of the house. She enjoys reading, painting, being on the water, and she’s a lover of wine and live music. Jeanée serves on the board of her children’s high school PTO and volunteers as much as time allows.
