Caroline Williams’s journey with property management began while she was an undergrad at Auburn working in student housing. She quickly fell in love with the housing industry and was promoted to a management position. Working and going to school full-time was not an easy feat but taught Caroline the importance of dedication to residents’ needs, time management, and multitasking! She loves forming relationships with her clients and enjoys getting to know their personalities, wants and needs, and then helping them find a home that is perfect for them.
Caroline grew up in Autaugaville, AL, where she’s pretty sure the cows outnumber the residents! She has been coming to Auburn and attending football games here since she was a little girl and has known she wanted to attend the university since she could first say “War Eagle.” Now armed with a degree in Public Relations from Auburn, Caroline is excited to continue her career in the industry as a property manager at 360 Management.
Outside of work, Caroline can usually be found hanging out with her two pups, Presley and June. She absolutely loves baking and has a top-secret chocolate chip cookie recipe that is a crowd favorite!
