Mortgage rates were at all-time lows
Rates remain very low today for new home purchases. At Three Sixty, we have close ties to mortgage lenders throughout our markets. We work hand in hand with these lenders to make sure our clients get the very best deal available.
More than 5 million existing home sales were expected
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and other economists are currently re-evaluating this prediction to determine the new view for 2020. We realize that the numbers may now be lower, but we also know that it is easier than ever to use technology to keep your home sale moving forward. Our commitment to technology means that potential buyers can still get access to listings.
No one could have predicted that a virus could halt our nation in its tracks. This year can still be productive; it will be different but not non-existent.

What does the business of real estate look like now and how can we keep moving forward?
Yes, it looks different. We will see more Facetime and video chat consultations and showings. In-person open houses may come to a halt for a period of time. Realtors will spend time disinfecting themselves, any in-person buyers and seller’s homes in order to get them sold.
As Realtors, we care a whole lot about our clients and their health and safety. We are taking precautions and responsibility in actions to social distance and keep disinfecting solutions close at hand. Our technological tools will allow us to show and consult virtually.
