Three Sixty {real estate} is proud to be an active participant in the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, so there was no question about our answer when the Chamber approached us about sponsoring the inaugural Women in Business luncheon. We jumped at the chance, as we knew we’d enjoy spending time with the many successful entrepreneurs and businesswomen in the Auburn/Lee Country area. What we didn’t know was how inspired we would be by seeing this amazing group of women in one room, how moved we would be by the leadership journey of Major General Sheryl Gordon, and how honored we would be to be able to celebrate with Fran Pick Dillard when she received her award for Outstanding Success in Business. The Chamber wanted to create an event that would “Connect, Inspire, Celebrate” Women in Business, and with this room full of exceptional women who are friends and colleagues, we think they accomplished their mission!

Major General Sheryl Gordon gave the keynote address at the luncheon. She told us about her military career, where she most recently assumed her duties as the 42nd adjutant general of the Alabama National Guard in July 2017. This was a major promotion for her, and historic for our state, as she is the first female adjutant general in Alabama National Guard history. As adjutant general, she advises the governor on military affairs and commands the Alabama Army and Air National Guard.
Fran Pick Dillard, a co-founder of Cary-Pick Realty and Management Company, was at the forefront of real estate sales and property management in the Auburn area for over two decades, and was the driving force behind so many developments in our community, including Shelton Woods, Cary Woods, and Eagles West Apartments. A self-taught entrepreneur, she and her husband, “The Colonel” Andy Pick, really loved their business and it showed by the quality work they produced. We feel especially honored to follow in her footsteps as entrepreneurs in this amazing community.
