2018 was the biggest year to date for Three Sixty {real estate}, with marked growth across our entire company. We experienced a significant expansion of our core real estate business in Auburn/Opelika and Lake Martin, a 20% increase in properties managed through 360 Management, and a successful start to our new business, lifeSTYLED Three Sixty {inspired interiors}. We are thrilled to increase our vision of providing “concept to closing” assistance to our clients.

Emmy Martin Sorrells is our top producer for 2018. Emmy works in the East Alabama area and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), a training that provides expertise in the 55+ market. With that expertise, she has participated in all phases of The Springs of Mill Lakes development in Opelika. Emmy loves working in new construction and is excited to assist buyers as more projects come to fruition in 2019. She jokes that she had no choice but to work with Three Sixty because of her longtime friendship with co-founder Nonet Reese, and acknowledges that she wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.

April is proud to work with Three Sixty because of the company’s commitment to community as well as to client services. As she continues in 2019, she’s excited to work with the new Summerlin development, while also continuing to help each of her clients navigate through the buying and selling process. Mary Thomas Boyd also works in East Alabama, in the community where she was born and raised. During her real estate career, she has enjoyed seeing her connections within the community grow. She loves keeping contact with former clients and driving past an ever-growing number of properties she worked on in the Auburn-Opelika area. Her favorite aspect of 2018 was coaching her son and daughter’s co-ed Three Sixty-sponsored soccer team. Her search for an assistant coach ended when one of her clients took the job. Mary participated in the sale of homes, new construction, remodels, land, and a church last year and is excited to see what 2019 will bring.

Her greatest accomplishment in 2018 was finding happiness in purpose: knowing her purpose, why she wanted to achieve her goals, and how she was going to commit to them. She’s looking forward to an amazing 2019, when she will list a 46-unit student development, Northern Village at Ross Park, and 22 new construction/residential units in Solamere.
