Tricia Peterson’s favorite thing about her work at Three Sixty is that she gets to fulfill two roles. As an owner she gets to teach team members what she knows about residential development and caring for clients, and as a sales professional Tricia figures out how to make deals work and puts all the pieces together.

Originally from Atlanta, Tricia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Auburn University in 2000. Her career began in Atlanta where she worked in the Architecture industry for four years before returning to Alabama. Tricia is happy to call Auburn home, where she is a “boy mom,” an Auburn Football fan, and a lover of all things Southern. Tricia loves historic homes and unique vintage items. She is also our team foodie and a supporter of the farm-to-table movement. Tricia loves to cook using veggies from her garden on their 10 acre property, known for the huge fields of sunflowers that bloom every summer.

Tricia is passionate about many things, including growing the Three Sixty brand, training new agents, and finding better ways to do things in the Real Estate industry. She is also a fixture on a variety of community task forces and volunteer projects. If she were to do anything aside from working with us, Tricia’s dream jobs would be either a country music singer or a renowned chef. In the meantime, she can cook for us anytime!
