Monica Byrd is an experienced Realtor who believes change is good, but growth is better!! That’s why Monica loves her Three Sixty Team, because they are always changing to implement career growth. Her favorite thing about being a team member can be described with four words: innovative, cutting edge, fresh and uncommon!

Even though Monica is experienced, she is always eager and motivated by the many professional development opportunities that Three Sixty offers to team members. No matter if it’s in-house training or an exciting field trip, Monica is happy to say that Three Sixty is always training to combine modern techniques and technology with traditional real estate practices to help her clients have the best of both worlds!

A native of Auburn/Opelika community and B-School graduate of Auburn University. Monica is an avid volunteer known for her integrity, professionalism, and uncanny knowledge of real estate in Lee County. Monica has over 10 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate. She dedicates herself to getting results whether a client is looking to buy or sell a home, invest, or relocate. Personal service is never pre-packaged. Monica always listens to her clients’ needs and wants and negotiates the best possible deal.

Monica always knew she’d ultimately work to help people transform their lives. A career in Real Estate is perfect because Monica enjoys helping families locate a house to make it a home. In a perfect world, Monica would live bi-coastal in Manhattan, NY and Los Angeles, CA. A dream career as a Fashion Stylist/Designer with A-list Clients would afford her exotic vacations to Bora Bora, Cannes, or anywhere along the French Riviera. She would love to sit on the front row of any designer at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York with new BFFs Rachel Zoe and June Ambrose. Besides fashion, Monica loves being a Southerner – she can’t live without the “Southern Hospitality,” which explains why she is a huge fan of Sex and the City (Fashion Comedy Drama) and Dallas (Southern Drama).

Monica loves Lee County but when she has no time for a long vacation and needs a taste of the city, she frequently travels to Atlanta. Monica is very passionate about being a terrific mom to her son and having a successful career in Real Estate. Monica always says that she sells Lifestyles in a way that’s comfortable to her clients’ needs: face to face, email, text, phone, chat, paper or paperless transactions. You name it and she will deliver!
