Nonet is a native of the Auburn/Opelika area. She attended Lee Scott Academy and Auburn University. In 1997, she began her real estate career in Property Management. In 2000, she became a licensed REALTOR, and in 2002 she acquired her Brokers license. Nonet has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate, including residential and commercial property management, multi-family development and leasing, and residential development, sales and marketing. {EXPERTISE}

  • In cooperation with a developer and builder, developed an $8 million empty parcel of land into a fully functioning $37 million neighborhood development. Project included 210 total homes, 67 of which have been built and sold for an average $250,000 price. Full-service assistance included pricing and location consulting, selection of house plans and finish materials, design of streetscapes, teaming with local municipality to garner necessary approvals, development of covenants, restrictions and Homeowners’ Association, and development of marketing plan.
  • Owner of an investment management company that oversaw management of 700 units of multi-family complexes in Alabama. Solicited complexes for new ownership, performed due diligence on complexes once under contract, managed human resources, performed renovation reviews, coordinated closings with finance company, facilitated payroll with third party company, developed policies and procedures, implemented organization of office structure.
  • Coordination with Architect, Purchasing, Estimating and Project Manager
  • Full-service assistance for multiple apartment complexes in the Auburn area, including land use development, leasing center layout, interior finishes and colors, new amenity options, pool site, parking layout, marketing plan, and office policies and procedures.
  • Broker of a lakeside condominium real estate office during construction of this project consisting of five buildings and boat slips. Developed documents and handled project sales as well as sales of existing homes on the lake.
